Descend one more level to discover the ocean-facing primary bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level, find two guest bedrooms, one with two Twins and one with a King bed and a spacious west-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying sunsets amid a peaceful canopy of trees. A shared guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo completes this spacious villa, ideal for a memorable oceanfront retreat on Amelia Island. You'll have the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer, as well as free WiFi. Plus, this unit includes one assigned parking spot in the covered carport and convenient elevator access. During the busy season, we kindly request that each group limits its vehicles to a maximum of two to ensure a smooth parking experience for all guests.
