This rental, 'Unit B', is the upstairs of our duplex and is conveniently located on the serene North end of Amelia Island and is just steps from 4N Beach Access. Enjoy close proximity to both Main Beach, featuring activities like miniature golf, a playground, skate park, basketball courts, and two beachfront restaurants, and Fort Clinch State Park, rich in history with biking and running trails. Plus, a short car ride takes you to the charm of Historic Downtown Fernandina. Your getaway here effortlessly blends relaxation with recreation. Please note there is a minimum stay of 30 nights.

This recently renovated, pet-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom upstairs duplex offers a cozy island haven. Unwind in the living room with a sleeper sofa, extra seating, and a smart TV after a day of island adventures. The well-stocked kitchen boasts butcher block countertops and provides your choice of a Keurig or drip coffee maker. You'll find three neatly furnished bedrooms in this home. Additionally, there's a sleeper sofa in the living room for your comfort. Each room is equipped with a sound machine and room-darkening curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
