Please note there is a max of 2 guests and a min stay of 30 nights. If you are building a home on Amelia Island or coming to explore a possible permanent move, this space would be a perfect fit! Available for 30 night minimum between June and December.

Your Accommodations: A beautifully appointed 1st floor suite with a welcoming entry area that features a work desk, a cozy reading nook, and a dinette table for two. The completely new kitchen is equipped with all of the comforts of home with all brand new stainless steel appliances, ensuring convenience and style. The main room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, queen size bed, a reading chair, and a 43" TV for your entertainment needs. You'll love the oversized walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The bathroom area offers a vanity, a private commode room, and a walk-in shower with a 4" lip for easy access.

With a washer and dryer plus free Wi-Fi, you'll have all the amenities you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. You will have full-access to the upstairs balcony by using the outside stairwell along the south-side of the home. Take advantage of the outdoor shower allowing you to effortlessly rinse off the sand after a day of beachside fun. Additionally, you'll have access to one parking space in the 2-car garage, a driveway, and 2 bikes for you to explore the area. Conveniently located just steps away from one of Fernandina Beach's most secluded beach accesses, this is the perfect spot to relax, rejuvenate, and make unforgettable memories. This rental requires a 30 night minimum.
