Stay Better Vacations welcomes you to 1159 Beach Walker, on Amelia Island, FL.  This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, oceanfront family friendly villa at the Omni Amelia Island is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway.  Enjoy time in the private complex pool when not lounging on the stretches of stunning beaches.  With miles of biking and walking trails, this is a great location on the south end of Amelia Island.  The condo is conveniently located in the Omni Resort, a AAA Four Diamond beach resort.

This recently remodeled three-level villa nicely separates the main living area - kitchen and living room - from the bedrooms which are located on separate floors. There are three sets of stairs (each with 6 steps) within this villa, providing plenty of stretching-out space for everyone in your group! This third floor home boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, great room and master bedroom.  With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is room for the whole family at this lovely oceanfront villa.  Enjoy all of the conveniences of home in a full kitchen located, on the lower level, with the essentials complete with a drip coffeemaker. Gather in the living room to watch TV after a day of exploring Amelia Island.  Eat-in or host game night at the dining table with room for six.  Start your days on the oceanfront balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning.

You'll find the ocean facing master bedroom on the 3rd level with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.  Down one level from the master, the guest bedroom with king bed has a spacious west facing balcony so you can enjoy the sunsets while overlooking a canopy of trees making for a peaceful spot. The second guest room accommodates 2 Twins making this unit perfect and spacious enough for the whole family.  The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo for your comfort.  This unit has one assigned parking spot in the covered carport.

Relax on the beach or at the spacious Beach Walker outdoor pool by following the conveniently located walkway near your building's elevator. The pool area features a large deck and two oceanfront gazebos, boasting amazing views with guest access to bathrooms and the community grilling area.  Visitors have access to the spa, shops and many restaurants within the resort. There are also other activities, such as the Nature Center and putt-putt miniature golf.  

A 20 minute drive will take you to charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach.  Here you will find a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops to browse. If you prefer to spend time exploring outside, Fort Clinch State Park and Egans Creek Greenway have great biking and walking trails nestled among beautiful natural settings.  

This rental uses a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. To ensure guest safety, this code is reset after each guest's stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $120.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
