Amelia South - Oceanfront

Built in 1974, the iconic Amelia South is located directly on the beach on Amelia Island. These units have roomy balconies where you can sit and watch the sunrise every morning while you sip your coffee. An oceanfront pool (unheated) is the perfect stop to rinse off the salt after a day on the beach. Walk to the Surf Restaurant to enjoy music, dinner, or a cold beverage! In the evening, it's back to the balcony to relax to the sound of waves crashing ashore.   From this complex you are within a quick drive to the Omni Spa and shops, the Ritz-Carlton, and within minutes of six golf courses. A short drive takes you to historic downtown Fernandina where you can dine at a variety of restaurants or visit the unique shops, bars, and historic sites that are scattered throughout the town. 

St. Marys, Georgia -Riverfront & Walk to River

The Gateway to the Georgia Coast! Experience the history and nature of St. Marys and Cumberland Island.  Our properties are either on Crooked River or across the street from the river with easy access.  Attractions include the idyllic waterfront and the St. Marys' Submarine Museum. Visit the Cumberland Island National Seashore Museum and Cumberland Island Visitors Center, and take the ferry for your island adventure! You’ll enjoy water sports, cycling, themed train excursions, and there’s always shopping and dining! The waterfront park is the site of many free festivals and events throughout the year. Annual events include a Mardi Gras Festival, Independence Day Festival, St. Marys Rock Shrimp Festival, and free concerts in the park. The Cumberland Island National Seashore and Crooked River State Park are true highlights for the area, excellent locations for biking, birdwatching, kayaking, hiking, camping, and more.  NOTE:  There are no beaches in St. Marys; however, Amelia Island is about a 35 minute drive and you can also take the ferry to Cumberland Island where there are beaches.

Omni Resort Properties

Located within the private gates of Omni Amelia Island Resort, you'll be either an easy walk or a short drive to many activities located on Omni property, an ideal location for both a family getaway or while attending a conference at the hotel. Enjoy time in your private complex pool (unheated) when not lounging on the stretches of stunning beaches.  Visitors have access to the spa, shops and many restaurants within the resort. There are also other activities, such as the Nature Center and putt-putt miniature golf.  A 20 minute drive will take you to charming downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy eclectic dining and shopping options.  Drummond Point Park, located on the northwest side of Omni Resort Property in the Sea Marsh community, this secluded park features several nature trails and walkways and boardwalks extending deep into the salt marshes. Drummond Point Park includes play areas for children, a pavilion with restrooms and glorious elevated views of the marshes, grills, picnic tables and water fountains, large open green space, and petanque and pickleball courts.  Beaches are accessed by walking (depending on rental location), biking, golf cart rental, or driving beyond the resort property to many nearby beach accesses or National Parks.

Fernandina Shores - Walk to Beach

Located on the quiet north end of Amelia Island, Fernandina Shores is convenient to Main Beach, where you will find a variety of activities: miniature golf, playground, skate park, basketball courts, and two beachfront restaurants. Just two blocks from the beach makes for easy access to the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. The complex has a private gated swimming pool (unheated) and tennis courts for your use.  Historic downtown Fernandina, where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants, is a quick drive or bike ride away. Fort Clinch State Park and the Greenway are located just around the corner and have great biking/walking trails among other things.

Forest Ridge - Walk to Beach

With a convenient central location on Amelia Island, Forest Ridge Village is a short walk to the beach and just minutes from great attractions like Fort Clinch State Park, historic downtown Fernandina Beach, and all of the many beaches and parks on the island. The community pool (unheated) is available anytime you want to enjoy a morning, afternoon or evening swim. A playground for children is located at the complex as well as tennis courts (also can be used as a Pickleball court!). Just a few minutes away on Sadler Road you will find several chain and local restaurants, shopping areas, and grocery stores where you can purchase food, clothing, rent beach gear, and anything else you might need for your vacation.  The beach is a 7 minute walk from the front of the complex.  Forest Ridge's charm are the giant oak trees with Spanish moss draped throughout, giving you plenty of shade in the summer and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Ketch Courtyard - Oceanfront

With breathtaking views of the white sand beach and centrally located on South Fletcher, Ketch Courtyard is the perfect Amelia Island destination for couples and families. The Surf Restaurant is across the street and the perfect spot for breakfast or a cold beverage after a day at the beach. Enjoy the sunrise from the oceanfront living room balcony.  A quick drive will take you to Historic downtown Fernandina, where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. In addition to beautiful beaches, Fort Clinch, Talbot Island State Parks, Egans' Creek Greenway, and Amelia Island Trails have options for biking, hiking, and running. For the golfer in the family, there are multiple courses minutes away. Ketch Courtyard has a private, gated swimming pool  (unheated).  One parking space is provided for the two bedroom units; two spaces for three bedroom units.

Summer Beach - Oceanside

Sailmaker in Summer Beach on Amelia Island is the perfect spot for your next family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and private, gated swimming pool (unheated). From this complex you are within a quick drive to the Ritz-Carlton, the Omni Spa and shops, and within minutes of six golf courses. Historic downtown Fernandina, located approximately 10 minutes from this unit, has a variety of restaurants, unique shops, bars, and historic sites to visit after a day spent at the beach or on the links!  Sailmaker Condos are located in a gated community amongst giant oak trees and the sound of the ocean.  Each condo is assigned two parking passes for your use.  

Pelicans - Oceanside

The Pelicans is located at the beach on Amelia Island.  You will have one designated parking space in the underground garage with an elevator or stairs that lead to your condo. The private pool (unheated) is located oceanfront and close to the walkway that leads you to the beach.   From this complex you are within a quick drive to the Omni Spa and shops, the Ritz-Carlton, and within minutes of six golf courses. A short drive takes you to historic downtown Fernandina where you can dine at a variety of restaurants or visit the unique shops, bars, and historic sites that are scattered throughout the town. 

Amelia Surf & Racquet Club - Oceanfront

The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club’s 712 feet on the Atlantic Ocean is virtually in the middle of Amelia Island's 13 miles of oceanfront beach. Enjoy your relaxing on your private oceanfront balcony accessible by your master bedroom & living room.  Enjoy soaking-in the peaceful ocean view from a very large window in your living room!  Two on-site pools, walk to beach using the boardwalk located just a few hundred yards from your front door, two available parking spaces to use during your stay, and all within a gated community.  Amelia Surf & Racquet is located on the South End of the Island, close to Harris Teeter Shopping Center, The Ritz Carlton (just two condo complexes from The Ritz), Scott Road Beach Access (life guard on duty in season).  You are also near The Omni Shopes where you'll find a really cool Nature Center and several restaurants.  This complex also has recycling bins on property!  

Ocean View Villas - Walk to Beach

This complex in located on the North End of Amelia Island and is just a short walk to Main Beach, Salt Life Food Shak, Putt-Putt of Fernandina Beach, and The Sandbar Kitchen.  You'll be assigned two gated, covered parking spots for your use while staying with us.  Main Beach is Amelia Island's most well-known beachfront park offering visitors two sand volleyball courts, a playground, several picnic shelters, restroom facilities, outdoor showers, beach accesses, a multipurpose court, a skate park and a large grassy area perfect for a game of catch or when you need a little break from the sand. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.  Also, The City of Fernandina Beach has a Mobi-Mat semi-permanently installed at the Main Beach boardwalk access ramp.  This environmentally-friendly ADA-compliant matting provides safe and easy access for wheelchairs, strollers, and walkers to maneuver on the beach sand.  The matting is made completely from recycled plastic bottles.

Amelia Landings - Walk to Beach

This complex in located practically in the center of Amelia Island and a short walk to Seaside Park Beach Access where you can dine at one of only two on-the-beach restaurants.  Sliders Restaurant has a beach playground, tiki hut, live music most nights, and also offers a sunrise breakfast - watch the sunrise while enjoying a mimosa on their covered balcony.  Amelia Landsings is located on Sadler Road where you'll find Dairy Queen, DeNucci's Ice Cream Shop, V-Pizza (one of our favorites for califlower crust veggie!), Pulix Supermarket, and much, much more!  You are also an easy drive to downtown Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch, and a multi-story putt-putt course with a waterfall!  Walking to the beach is about a two block stroll, either via the path or sidewalk from the front of the complex.   NOTE:  Beach driving is only permitted if you are a Nassau County Resident.

Sea Castles - Walk to Beach

Conveniently located on South Fletcher across the street from the beach, Sea Castles is the perfect Amelia Island destination for couples and families. The Surf Restaurant is next door and the perfect spot for breakfast or a cold beverage after a day at the beach.  Sea Castles is also within walking distance to a convenience store so you can easily stock-up on your beach snacks and drinks.  Your complex is across the street from the beach and an easy drive to either downtown Fernandina Beach or the South End of the island where you'll find one of our favorite grocery stores, Harris Teeter - with a Starbucks inside.   When not at the beach, enjoy the complex's pool (unheated).

Oak Lane Home- Mid-island, minimum 7 night rental

You'll love this home-away-from-vacation spot!  Located on a dead-end street in a small neighborhood area, you are just a short drive to grocery stores, drug-stores, downtown shopping & dining, and of course our beautiful beaches.  You can get to any of these areas of interest in under 15 minutes!  This home is ADA Compliant and offers the best of everything.  The backyard pool is private and an oasis for you, your family, and your fur baby!  Yes, this home is pet friendly.  It has plenty of space and rooms for everyone to spread out - if ever needed!  This is a private home with many antiques which the owners are proud to share with their guests - please be kind.

16th Street Home - Mid-island, minimum 30 night rental

This charming home is located in the center of Amelia Island, providing you with a short drive or bike ride to Downtown Fernandina Beach, or many nearby beach accesses with plenty of parking should you choose to drive.  You are also not far from many grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, the hospital, and more.  Very quiet neighborhood with an abundance of mature trees.  The oversized backyard provides plenty of space to enjoy an evening firepit with friends & family.  Our favorite area is the the glass & screened-in Florida room.  Enjoy the peacefulness of being in a residential area but only minutes to everything you need or want.  Pets are approved; backyard is partially fenced.

Ocean Park 310 is a family-friendly, ocean view retreat on Amelia Island's North End, offering everything you need for a superb beach vacation- within walking distance.
